For TELUS World of Science - Edmonton (TWOSE), 2021 was a year of great challenge, yet also significant accomplishment. Like the rest of the world, we found ourselves navigating through COVID-induced uncertainty and turmoil, focusing equally on delivering our mission and on ensuring long term viability. The entire year was characterized by short planning horizons, punctuated by sudden organizational shifts in response to changes in pandemic intensity and character.
