Water + Malt + Hops + Yeast. Four simple ingredients, limitless delicious brews.
We know Edmontonians love beer so we want to dive into the science surrounding our favourite drink.
Science on Tap: The Science of Beer will feature a panel of local experts – from brewers to chemists – who will discuss the fascinating process of brewing, and may even teach you a thing or two about making your own beer.
Ask questions, express your opinions, and expand your understanding over a cold drink!
