Your Donation Request

Thank you for contacting TELUS World of Science – Edmonton as a source of support.
As a non-profit organization, the science centre often relies on the generous support of sponsors and donors for the continued success of our organization. As such, we are happy to have the opportunity to give-back to the community by way of supporting other worthy causes and charitable fundraisers.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we hope you can appreciate that it is sometimes impossible to fulfill every request. In an effort to support as many causes as possible, if selection is successful, we will only support an organization once (1) per calendar year.
Please note:

All requests for support must be submitted at least eight (8) weeks prior to the fundraising event.

A previous donation does not guarantee a subsequent donation will be provided again for a specific event or donation amount.

ELIGIBLE REQUESTS SUPPORTED:
- Non-profit educational organizations.
- Non-profit or charitable organizations that contribute to the community.

NON ELIGIBLE REQUESTS:
- Individuals.
- Monetary donation requests.
- Political causes or candidates.
- Profit based businesses.
- Third party fundraising requests.
- Religious or fraternal organizations.
- On-going support.

If your non-profit organization meets the eligible criteria to be considered for a charitable donation, please complete the request form below. Please note that a completed application is not an agreement to honour your request. Tickets are complimentary and have no resale value. Exchanges or refunds are not possible.

Please note that requests may take up to eight (8) weeks to process. Only organizations that are approved will receive a reply stating their donation is ready for pick up, donations will not be mailed.

If you do not receive a response please consider that we cannot accommodate your request at this time. We will not respond to follow up phone calls or emails. We are unable to provide status updates.

Only online submissions will be accepted, no other request methods will be permitted.
