Celebrate humanity’s next step toward the Moon!
Artemis II is humanity’s first crewed mission around the Moon in over 50 years, testing the systems that will take astronauts farther into space than ever before.
This mission will launch from Florida aboard NASA’s SLS (Space Launch System) rocket on a roughly 10‑day journey around the Moon and back on February 6*. This is the second of the Artemis Moon Missions.
Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen will make history as the first Canadian to journey around the Moon, sharing this adventure with three fellow astronauts.
Stay tuned for details and tickets on the public watch party of the launch at the Science Centre.
