  • Join children’s entertainer Fred Penner from TV’s Nickelodeon as he explores things large and small, from the colours of the rainbow, to the reasons for the seasons.

Through the use of entertaining songs and immersive environments, children are encouraged to participate, while learning about the planets, constellations, meteors, the moon and more.

Geared towards the youngest stargazers and scientist, In My Backyard is sure to instill a sense of wonder and exploration, while encouraging children to explore their own backyards.

In My Backyard was originally produced by the TELUS World of Science – Edmonton in conjunction with what is now TELUS Spark in Calgary back in 1992. The Coca-Cola Science Centre re-did the show visuals to create a full-dome video version, which is what is being presented.
