Get a personal tour of the night sky! In this virtual program students will discover how to find cardinal directions and orient themselves using the sky, and how people have used the stars for timekeeping throughout history. Discuss prominent constellations in the sky, learn where to find the planets, Moon, and Sun, and discuss seasonal sights. Cree constellations and stories will help students understand the map of the Northern sky, as well as prominent winter and summer constellations. Students will also be provided with time to ask space-related questions.
