Milky Way Day

Join the Science Centre team at Milky Way Day as we celebrate the 19th anniversary of the Beaver Hills Dark Sky Preserve Declaration. Hosted by Elk Island National Park, this annual star festival celebrates the night sky, nature and the unique ecosystem of the Beaver Hills, with opportunities to explore, learn and connect with the community.

ScienceFest at the Jasper Dark Sky Festival

The Jasper Dark Sky Festival returns October 16–25, and the Science Centre is heading to Jasper for ScienceFest on October 24! Join our science presenters and local performer Nikolai Smith for high-energy experiments, surprising stunts and science-filled fun for all ages.
