Event Where Science Meets Cocktails

Edmonton's largest adults-only cocktail laboratory returns October 8 for another unforgettable night packed with local bites, inventive cocktails, hands-on science, and live entertainment. Best of all, every ticket supports science education and access across our community. 

• Explore after dark. Take over the Science Centre after hours, including galleries, the Zeidler Dome, and be among the first to explore a fascinating new exhibition opening October 3. Details coming soon.
• Taste the city. Sample savoury bites, sweet treats, and delicious creations from local food partners.
• Sip something curious. Enjoy inventive cocktails, tasty mocktails, craft beer, and alcohol-free creations from Edmonton beverage partners.
• Play with your food — scientifically. Take on cocktail-themed science challenges, try hands-on activities, and experience liquid nitrogen ice cream with an adults-only twist.
• Bid. Win. Do good. Browse an incredible silent auction full of unique items and unforgettable experiences, and purchase your 50/50 tickets when the raffle launches on August 1, all in support of science education.
