Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final* Refunds are only issued in the event of a program cancellation by TELUS World of Science - Edmonton, due to verified system errors, medical emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances - at the discretion of management.
- Requests for exchanges must be made at least 48 hours in advance by calling our Bookings team at 780-451-3344 or emailing bookings@twose.ca. All requests are subject to availability. All Special Event tickets are final sale and may not be exchanged for other events.
- No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
If you are uncertain about your preferred visit date or time, we recommend purchasing your tickets in person at our Box Office upon arrival.
*Annual Memberships may be terminated by a TELUS World of Science - Edmonton designate at any time. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, abuse of usage, privileges, or benefits. By using this card, the Member accepts the terms and conditions of its use. All cancellation and transfer policies apply to member benefits.
Third-Party Ticketing Cancellation Policy
Tickets purchased through third-party vendors, including but not limited to travel agencies, online resellers, and discount platforms, are subject to the terms and conditions of the original seller.
- Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any third-party tickets are not processed.
- All inquiries, disputes, or requests must be directed to the third-party seller from whom the ticket was originally purchased.
- No responsibility is assumed for the validity, pricing, or refundability of third-party tickets.
- Entry may be denied for tickets deemed invalid or fraudulent, with no compensation offered in such cases.
- Tickets purchased through third-party vendors cannot be used to upgrade to a TELUS World of Science – Edmonton membership.
- For tickets purchased directly through the box office or official website, the standard cancellation policy applies.
