Robotics Club 2022

The Youth Robotics Club is a community robotics team that prides itself on inclusivity, encouraging all youth interested in robotics and STEM to participate. FIRST is not just about building robots; it provides an opportunity for participants to develop real-world skills, from competing in the FIRST Tech Challenge and solving complex problems to collaborating as a team and serving as ambassadors to inspire others to explore their potential in STEM.

This club is the only community team in Edmonton offering robotics and STEM opportunities to youth aged 12 to 17.

The Youth Robotics Club has played a significant role in FIRST, participating in the 2023 FIRST Global Challenge in Singapore, the largest global competition. In 2025, the team competed at the Canadian Rockies Premier Event at K-Days, competing on an international stage.
